Lynne Aswani is a singer, songwriter, performing and recording artist based in Kenya. Her passion for music began when she was 4 years old. She nurtured her talent in singing by performing in school and church. She started doing music professionally in December 2016, after she finished high school, whereby she joined a band called 'Shade Mziki', where they did a couple of live performances. She also performed at weddings and graduation parties.

In 2019, she joined a music school called Sauti Academy, where she upskilled her songwriting, performance and arrangement. During that period, she managed to perform at two live shows curated by Sauti Academy to work on her stage command and performance skills at Alliance Francaise, Nairobi, Kenya. Lynne Aswani also did a performance at the Alliance Francaise to commemorate Le mois de la Francophonie- The event was called Fete de la Musique.

In July 2019, Lynne Aswani won United States International University- Kenya Got Talent, where she performed a South African song called Amazulu by Amanda Black. In August 2019, Lynne Aswani performed during The Imarika Festival at The Michael Joseph Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. On 6th March 2020, she organised her first event called Sunrise with Aswani, where she performed a live set for 1 hour at The Michael Joseph Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. Her event also gave a platform to perform to other Kenyan artists. On 9th October 2020, she released her first single called Ndiyakuthanda. On 27th August 2021, she released her second single, Communicate
